They have 3 pools, a gym a playground, and a dog playground. They have wonderful staff and random events with chances to win prizes. The neighbors are very friendly and there's never a lot of noise.

Moved into Sandpiper two months ago. Overall I’d say this property is good, not great. Pros - Very very quiet, private, reasonably priced for the area, clean, central air and great location. Mini private patio makes for nice private bbq or visitors spot. High private fencing is great! Best part, you really can’t hear your neighbors and that’s amazing. Cons - Cheap fixtures & flooring, terrible thermostat (doesn’t regulate temp, we put our own in), narrow ally makes parking difficult (esp when tenants block driveway because they are lazy and don’t want to walk to their cars), limited parking for visitors, absolutely the cheapest paint on walls & cabinets (plan on painting before you leave) and no jacuzzi. Office staff are very friendly and maintenance is quick and kind. Might not be perfect but will definitely do if you appreciate the pros.

We needed a place for my mom and sister to call home. We looked at several apartment complexes and finally settled on Sandpiper. It’s centrally located in SLC, has several swimming pools and the apartment has been updated and is really nice!

Maintenance is always swift and efficient. Great place to live. I highly recommend Sandpiper Apartments to anybody looking for a quiet safe Community.
