I was a tenant here in 2016/17 in a renovated 2 bedroom. The unit was clean, bright and airy and well laid out. . The fixtures were adequate if basic. Walls between units were a bit thin so you must hope for quiet neighbors. The patio and outside gear and tool closet was a great plus. The common facilities-gym, pools and playground were clean. Office staff were pleasant and responsive and maintanance staff were excellent — responsive, courteous and prompt. I would rent again if I return to SLC.

This place is pet friendly. One level apts with a small patios. That is important to me. Only draw back is that they are older apts

My furnace went out during the night and it also started snowing. I called when the office opened and Steve was out to repair it within 15 - 20 minutes. It was so nice that my apartment was really chilly when I left and I returned to a warm cozy apartment

I have lived in Sandpiper Apartments for 8 years. As not every place is perfect, these are very close but a little pricey.

We've been here for almost 4 years, we really enjoy the people that their front office and the maintenance crew. Maybe a little bit less on the yearly increase., Update our older apartment home, and a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. Thanks..

I haven’t had any issues. If need something fixed it’s done right away and the people in the office have always been helpful to me!
